Round 5 : Would Like 사용법

 

 

 

I'm thirsty. I want a glass of water.

I'm thirsty. I would like a glass of water

 

위 두가지 문장은 똑같은 의미를 갖고 있습니다.

하지만 would like가 좀 더 POLITE한 느낌을 주게 됩니다.

 

쉽게 설명하면, would like 는 want의 polite한 버전이라고 생각 하시면 됩니다.

 

아래와 같이 would like를 사용 하실 수 있습니다.

 

(I, You, She, He, We, They) would like a glass of water.

*주의 : Would가 사용 되었을 때에는, Would 또는 Like뒤에 -s를 사용하지 안아요.

 

I would  -> I'd

You would -> You'd

She would -> She'd

He would -> He'd

We would - We'd

They Would ->They'd

위와 같이, 2단어를 하나로 쭐여 사용 하실 수 있습니다. 꼭 기억 하세요.

I would like to eat a sandwich.

 

Would + subject + like

Would you like some tea?
